If you haven’t received your order after 30 days, we will send the problem to our Level 2 support team and we will refund your payment without a doubt.

Delivery method and delivery time

We calculate that the maximum delivery period for your order is approximately 2-3 weeks.
The order will be processed within 2 to 3 days after the order is placed, and will be sent the next day to the day of processing.
Please note that these are only estimated delivery times, therefore Fontana does not guarantee delivery dates.

Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Customs clearance may also cause delays.

Your local customs may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order can be delivered to you through the local post office or local courier service. Depending on your region, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postal service can leave a notification card telling you how and where to pick up the package.

If the package is returned due to incorrect address, incomplete address, or unavailability, no remapping arrangement will be made.

Taxes and duties

Once the package arrives in the destination country, import taxes, duties and related fees can be collected. Don't worry, we have already included these costs and will not charge you extra.

The payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the shipper, and we have already paid these fees to the relevant air freight logistics parties. Please do not pay again.

Customs regulations

You are responsible for verifying the local postal regulations on restricted items, because we are not responsible for any items that are not accepted in a particular country/region.

Foreign transaction fee rate

If the currency of your credit card account is not U.S. dollars, you may be charged at an exchange rate different from the exchange rate quoted on our website. Fees may also be charged for each transaction in foreign currencies. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction pricing policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any fees that your bank or credit card company may charge you. For more information about overseas transaction fees, please contact your bank.

The prices in our shop are displayed in your local currency, but are displayed in U.S. dollars at the time of payment. All transactions will be processed in U.S. dollars on the payment page.
